 The district must first form the committee by minutely capturing the stakeholders from various
sectors.
 Primary, secondary and tertiary sector stakeholders should be captured properly among the
major sectors and subsectors as detailed in Subsector excel sheet.
 There can be multiple experts in the committee specific to sector and subsectors, specifically for
the focus areas/subsectors of development, where Guardian Minister and Collector want the
committee to work upon. Vice versa experts across the district can share their findings and
possibilities of growth and aspirations in the district. Subject matter experts, academician etc.
forms a substantial base to bring minute findings on the table
 The Local Activist, popular influencers of the district can also be kept part of the committee, if
they can contribute to the overall planning in a significant way.
 Say for example in Secondary sector the committee decides to call President of Chamber of
Commerce as one of the member, however the President is serving for a specific subsector which
is not the one which committee wants to take forth, like committee may want to pick up making
a textile hub in Amravati seeing to the large presence of Asia ranking cloth market and textile
companies presence, while the President is into some other industry, he can suggest of few names
from the specific subsector i.e. textile to henceforth be part of the committee. While committee
can decide if the President is required for some other subsector or not for further meetings.
